Organizations and the Choice of Terrorism
Why do some organizations chose to target civilians? Why do organizations who target civilians make very different choices in terms of targeting and tools? This presentation uses two relatively new data bases (The Big Allied and Dangerous data base and the Minorities At Risk Organizational Behavior data set) to explore this set of questions.
