I'm working on my PhD in psychology at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. I work with Michael Spivey, who has developed a dynamical systems approach to mind, and who has recently published a fascinating book called _The Continuity of Mind_ (Oxford University Press, 2007).  I am interested in applying the dynamical systems approach to nonconscious mental contents. In particular, I am currently analyzing mouse-movement trajectories to explore the dynamic resolution of nonconscious "implicit" attitudes into consciously-held propositional attitudes.

Santa Fe is going to be great, and I will be completely up for any kind of camping/hiking/jogging/outdoorsy stuff.
