Currently in the Ecology & Evolution Ph.D. program at Stanford University, I am a fan of arcane sentence structure who graduated from UC Davis in 2014. I research collective behavior in ants using genomic, computational, and philosophical approaches. When not dissecting ant brains, I enjoy: drawing triangles (especially equilateral), learning about science from larval humans (sometimes called "children"), and wondering what I would do if I were a ribosome (figure out how to use Google Translate).
