Jessica is a PhD student in Sociology at Stanford University. Her research explores the role of networks in innovation. Jessica currently focuses her efforts on understanding how organizational network structure promotes network resilience against endogenous (organizational) failure. She applies her industry experience in gaming, management consulting, and startups to her research in fun ways. Jessica possesses a Master of Information Management and Systems from the School of Information at the University of California - Berkeley.
