Liang Chang received his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Chongqing Jianzhu University (former Chongqing Institute of Architecture & Engineering), Chongqing, China and his master degree in Engineering Mechanics from Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China. He currently is a Sustainable Costal Margins Graduate Fellow and a doctoral student in the Department of Landscape Architecture and Urban Planning at Texas A&M University. His research is focused on engineering risk analysis, natural hazards impact on civil infrastructure systems, and spatial analysis.
