	I graduated from college at UC Berkeley, where I had a strong interest in infectious diseases and the social sciences, specifically economics. This is an interest which sticks with me to this day. Past research includes a study of the effects of healthcare treatment on prevention behavior for the rural poor in Guinea, West Africa, co-authored with Dr. Daniel McFadden ~~in PNAS~~.		I graduated from college at UC Berkeley, where I had a strong interest in infectious diseases and the social sciences, specifically economics. This is an interest which sticks with me to this day. Past research includes a study of the effects of healthcare treatment on prevention behavior for the rural poor in Guinea, West Africa, co-authored with Dr. Daniel McFadden (Proc Natl Acad Sci U S A. 2004 Aug 3;101(31):11523-5).
