La Choza 905 Alarid St (Tel: 505-982-0909) Great local New Mexican food in a friendly atmosphere. Indoor and outdoor seating. Can be crowded. Moderate.
Restaurant Martín: 526 Galisteo Street (Tel: 505-820-0919) Progressive American Cuisine prepared by New Mexico’s most noted and award winning Chef, Martin Rios. Outdoor and indoor seating.Expensive at dinner.
The Shed: 113 ½ East Palace Avenue (Tel: 505-982-9030) Highly recommended. Can be crowded. Excellent New Mexican cuisine in an historic hacienda built in 1692. Moderate.
Tomasita’s: 500 South Guadalupe Street (Tel: 505-983-5721) A local institution for red and green chile. Casual atmosphere. Good margaritas. Inexpensive.
Bull Ring: 150 Washington Avenue (Tel: 505-983-3328) Upscale steakhouse. Seasonal patio dining. Expensive at dinner.
Blue Corn Café 133 Water Street (2nd floor, Plaza Mercado) (Tel: 505-984-1800) Great blue corn chicken enchiladas and other regional specialties. Relaxed and friendly. Inexpensive.
Zia Diner: 326 S. Guadalupe Street (Tel: 505-988-7008) Simple, good diner fare. Inexpensive to moderate.
Bumblebee’s Baja Grill: 301 Jefferson Street (Tel: 505-820-2862) Drive through or eat inside. Fast service. Great inexpensive, fresh food.
Pasqual’s: 121 Don Gaspar (Tel: 505-983-9340) Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Usually long lines for breakfast and lunch; reservations are accepted for dinner. Expensive at dinner.
Coyote Café: 132 West Water Street (Tel: 505-983-1615) World-famous southwestern cuisine and Santa Fe’s new “it” place. Reservations essential, very expensive in the summertime. Known for creative cocktails.
The Compound: 653 Canyon Road (Tel: 505-982-4353) One of Santa Fe’s finest and most expensive. Contemporary continental. Patio dining in summer. Quiet, intimate wine bar inside.
Cowgirl Hall of Fame: 319 S. Guadalupe (Tel: 505-9822565) Eclectic barbecue and Southwestern menu. Lunch and dinner. Indoor and outdoor seating. Live music and lively bar every night. Open late.
Atomic Grill: 103 E. Water Street # A (Tel: 505-820-2866) American diner with good daily specials. Open very late (3 a.m.).

Shohko-Café: 321 Johnson (Tel: 505-983-7288) Good sushi. Moderate.
Shabumi Ramenya: 26 Chapelle Street (Tel: 505-428-0077) Traditional Japanese ramen house serving. Moderate.
Pranzos: 540 Montezuma Avenue (Tel:505-984-2645. A local favorite for pizza, pasta and osso buco. Nice upstairs seating. Expensive at dinner.
Upper Crust Pizza: 329 Old Santa Fe Trail (Tel: 505-982-0000) Good pizza, salads, sandwiches. Delivery or eat-in. Open ‘til 11 in summer.
Vinaigrette: 709 Don Cubero Alley (Tel: 505-820-9205) Soups and salads. Creative menu using fresh, organic and local ingredients. Vegetarian friendly. Excellent for lunch.
Il Piatto: 95 West Marcy Street (Tel: 505-984-1091) Italian with locally sourced ingredients. Moderate.
Bistro 315: 315 Old Santa Fe Trail (Tel: 505-986-9190). French Provencal cuisine. Excellent wine list. Expensive.
Jinja: 510 N. Guadalupe Street #P (Tel: 505-982-4321) Pan-Asian cuisine. Creative cocktail menu. Upscale atmosphere and excellent service. Inexpensive.

The Dragon Room: 406 Old Santa Fe Trail (Tel: 505-983-7712) Santa Fe Style wine bar with excellent bar menu. Margaritas and patio seating around an open fire pit.
El Farol: 808 Canyon Road (Tel: 505-983-9912) Salsa on Thursdays, Flamenco on Saturdays. Good tapas and Spanish cuisine.
Tea House: 821 Canyon Road (Tel: 505-992-0972) Coffee/ teahouse with a light menu. Relaxing atmosphere. Vegetarian friendly.
Kakawa Chocolate: 1050 Paseo de Peralta (Tel: 505-982-0388) House Mesoamerican Mayan and Aztec drinking chocolate, along with other chocolate specialties.
Marble Brewery: Ste 313, 60 East San Francisco Street (Tel: 505-989-3565) Intimate microbrewery that overlooks down town Santa Fe. Serves gourmet pizza. Multiple big-screen televisions for sports fans.
Second St. Brewery At the Rail yard: 1607 Paseo De Peralta (Tel: 505-989-3278) Award winning craft beers and brewpub. Live music on weekends.
Coyote Cantina: 132 West Water Street (Tel: 505-983-1615) Open-air rooftop bar. Same management and menu items as Coyote Cafe, but less expensive. Long lines in summer.
