My name is Hong-xia Zhao.

 
I am presently a second year PhD student in the Key Laboratory of Complex Systems and Intelligence Science at the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Science.
My research interest is transportation systems. Urban traffic is a huge complex system. Metropolis like New York, Tokyo, Shanghai and Beijing is suffered from traffic congestion, pollution, accidents and other related problems.I want to find the relationships between population and urban traffic so that the traffic demand management and transportation control measures can work more effectively.
