&lt;div&gt;Greetings and ni hao,&lt;br /&gt;
I&#039;ve had the pleasure of participating in th SFI CSSS a few times before, and I&#039;m looking forward to doing so again.&lt;br /&gt;
I&#039;m interested in everything, but my main area of research and teaching is evolutionary theory and its applications.&lt;br /&gt;
After years of study, I am still in awe of the elegance and power of an idea that changes how we see the world: the idea of adaptive evolution through Darwinian selection. &lt;br /&gt;
